about:
A swimmer in high school, a rower in college, and a passionate cyclist as an adult, Susannah has long been an athlete, drawn most to the concept of movement through strength. Until seriously embracing the practice of yoga in 2009 she had used her body as a means to work out the energy, frustrations and spinning of her mind. Since then, yoga has given her the balance she needs between body and mind.
Over the past decade, she has been sharing these benefits as a teacher which she firmly believes is an extension of who she is and her natural inquiry into the play of life’s choices and demands.
