about:

​A student and lover of yoga for many years Jess jumped into a 200 hour RYT at Power Yoga Cape Cod in the winter of 2020.  A year later Jess became a Certified Level 1 Baptiste Power Yoga teacher. While her practice has bloomed from a power vinyasa base she also incorporates mindfulness in her classes, slowing down and taking notice of what is going on with your body.  Yoga has helped Jess become more mindful herself, tapping into her breath during stressful moments and respond versus react.  Jess hopes that her students can find a love of yoga incorporating the asanas as well as reaching into the other limbs of yoga for a well-rounded practice. 

Jess lives on Cape Cod with her husband, stepson and dog.  A lover of the ocean you will find her on the beach, walking her dog through the woods, or out on the boat fishing with her family.
